Our flexible daytime space is made for collaboration, creativity, and connection.
Perfect for:
Training courses, workshops, team away days, networking events, community meetings, exhibitions, creative rehearsals and more.
Facilities:
- Large main space with flexible seating (up to 50 seated).
- Smaller meeting room / breakout space.
- Kitchenette & Honesty Café for refreshments.
- AV & presentation equipment.
- High-speed WiFi.
Rates:
- From £25–£35/hour or day rates from £150.
- Discounts for charities and community groups.
Option to combine hire with after-party or networking drinks e.g. workshop into community hangout.
Corporate partners can also sponsor Pay It Forward tokens or Hub programmes for added impact.

Pricing and payment
- 25% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking.
- Full balance due at least 7 days before the event.
- £20 optional cleaning fee (waived if you clean yourself - £30 charge if unsatisfactory).
- Payment via bank transfer only.
Booking times and access
- Events can run until 11:00 pm at the latest.
- Set-up and pack-down time must be included in your booking.
- Access provided via a team member or temporary entry code.
Kitchen and alcohol use
- To use the kitchen/bar, a valid Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
- Proof of certificate must be submitted before your event.
- Alcohol must be approved in advance by Hub management (per licensing regulations).
Liability and safeguarding
- Hirers are responsible for: guest behaviour, any damage and following all health, safety and safeguarding rules.
- Citizen Hub is not liable for injury or personal loss.
- Public liability insurance may be required for some events.
- DBS clause: No one without a current DBS check may be alone with the public.
Cancellation policy
- One free date change
(with minimum of 2 weeks notice, subject to availability). - No-shows will be charged in full.
- Emergencies considered with compassion.

- The Hub is mostly accessible, but not fully step-free yet.
