Citizen Hubs are driven by people who refuse to accept that things can't be better; for their neighbours, their high streets, and their communities.
From our hub managers to our volunteers, we are all system builders, creating the civic infrastructure our communities need to thrive.
A Pesky Do-Gooder is someone who sees cracks in the system and doesn’t just complain, they get to work.
They understand how society actually operates, not just how it's supposed to, and they know how to work with and around the norms to drive meaningful change.
They don't ask for permission to care, they just do. They’re persistent, principled, sometimes disruptive, always purpose-driven and always on the side of people and progress.

Everything we do starts and ends with community. They're the commitments that shape every decision we make, every partnership we build, and every space we create. We hold ourselves accountable to the people we serve, because without them, none of this means anything.

We exist because support pathways are fragmented, isolated and difficult to navigate. Citizens often face multiple barriers at once; employment, health financial instability and isolation. Residents, businesses, community organisations and public sector are rarely connected in one place.
Citizen Hub changes that.
4,000+ publicly owned buildings and spaces in England are being sold off every year.
More than three in four people report low or no trust in their MPs.
Only 23% of people feel they can influence decisions affecting their area.
What if there was a place where local businesses, services and citizens were all under one roof. A place where people could access support and opportunities safely and quickly. A place made up of a community of people that helped each other.
