Citizen Hub is a growing network of locally‑led spaces where people can find support, opportunity and connection, all in one place. We work alongside communities to simplify access to services, strengthen local economies and rebuild trust at neighbourhood level.

Citizen Hub St Neots began as a response to a simple challenge, a town without a Job Centre, and evolved into something more enduring: a piece of civic infrastructure that people now rely on. In its first phase, over 3,000 people engaged with the Hub, more than 700 residents were socially prescribed skills or support services, and 200+ job applications were supported into the local economy. The learning from St Neots underpins everything we are now building nationally.

Our second hub is launching in the heart of Wimbledon, South West London. Developed with local partners and residents across Merton, this iconic nightclub is shaping its programme around wellbeing, employment opportunities and sport.
