About the Opportunity
Add Working Capital is looking to recruit 2–3 Operations Associates to join its team based in St Neots. This is an office-based role within the operations team, supporting the day-to-day running of the business.
Your Role Includes:
- Reviewing transactions and supporting the funding process
- Risk management of existing transaction by reviewing regular audits
- Providing sales support to our relationship managers
General office administration tasks
You’ll Bring:

- Good communication and organisational skills
