St Neots Initiative is hosting The Big Listen, a community event taking place on 5th June in St Neots, bringing residents, organisations and local leaders together around one shared table. Through a series of talks and open conversations, the event creates space for people to share ideas, experiences and aspirations for their town.
About the Role
We are looking for a minimum of 8 Stewards to support The Big Listen event in St Neots. This is a great opportunity to be part of a community-focused event whilst developing your skills.
Your Role Includes:
- Stationed around the tables to pass the microphone to attendees
- Monitor the wellbeing of attendees throughout the event
- Carry out crowd control plans if needed
You'll Bring:
- Good communication skills
- Calm and reliable under pressure
- Willingness to get involved and support the team

- Wear: Yellow lanyard/tabard
- This is a voluntary, unpaid role.
